  • Theo Griffin

    Lead Pastor

    Pastor Theodore A. Griffin is an ordained minister in The Wesleyan Church. He received a B.A. degree from Houghton College in Religion. He also holds a Master of Arts degree in Pastoral Counseling from Asbury Theological Seminary. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree from Wesley Seminary.

    Pastor Theo has served as Lead Pastor in North Rome, PA and Campus Pastor in Lynchburg, VA. He has also served as a member of the District Board of Ministerial Development and District Board of Administration in the Central New York District.

    Pastor Theo was born in the Caribbean Island of Nevis and is married with two adult children, Abena and Lij. His wife, Randy, has obtained a Business of Administration degree from the University of the Virgin Islands. Theo and Randy have been married for 29 years.

    Pastor Ben is an ordained minister in The Wesleyan Church. He received a B.A. Degree in Ministry from Kingswood University in Sussex, NB Canada

    Pastor Ben has served as an Assistant/Youth Pastor in Kirkville, NY as well as serving at Hephzibah Children’s Home in Macon, GA.

    Pastor Ben met his wife Katie, at university and was married in May of 2016. Their family has grown since then with the addition of their daughter Myla who was born in September of 2018.

    Pastor Ben and Katie have a heart for ministry specifically working with teens and kids as well as missions.

    Pastor Ben loves all things Marvel, traveling, reading, and his favorite sports team is the Atlanta Falcons.

  • Julie Schrope

    Administrative Assistant

    Julie and her husband Michael have been happily married for 28 years. Together, they have 3 children. Kiersten is a nurse and is married, Emily is a senior at the University of Evansville, and Skyler is a freshman at Trine University. Julie and her family have attended Brown’s Chapel since 1999. Julie has been the administrative assistant at Brown’s Chapel since 2009. In her spare time, she enjoys attending her kids sporting events, scrapbooking, handcrafting fine candies at the local chocolate shop and volunteering at the soup kitchen.
