Ben wade
LEAD PASTOR
Rev. Ben Wade is an ordained minister in The Wesleyan Church. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Ministry and a Master’s Degree in Pastoral Theology from Kingswood University in Sussex, New Brunswick, Canada.
Before stepping into his current role as Lead Pastor at BCWC, Pastor Ben served for eight years as an Assistant Pastor within the Wesleyan Church.
He met his wife, Katie, while attending university, and they were married in May 2016. Since then, their family has grown to include two daughters, who bring joy and energy to their lives.
Pastor Ben enjoys spending time adventuring with Katie and their daughters, as well as traveling, reading, and playing board games. He proudly cheers for the Buffalo Bills.

GARY TEDROW
PASTORAL CARE PASTOR
Rev. Gary Tedrow, an ordained minister in The Wesleyan Church, holds a B.A. from Indiana Wesleyan University, majoring in Christian Ministries with a minor in Biblical Literature. He has served as both a pastor and a staff member at various Wesleyan churches.
Gary and his wife, Kathy, have been married for 27 years and are blessed with eight children. He is deeply involved in many Christian ministries and local non-profits.
In his free time, Gary enjoys spending time with his family and, when possible, riding his motorcycle.

Julie Schrope
Administrative Assistant
Julie has faithfully served as the Administrative Assistant at Brown's Chapel since 2009, bringing dedication and heart to her role. She plays a crucial part in keeping the daily operations of the church running smoothly.
She has been happily married to her husband, Michael, since 1991. Together, they have three grown children and are proud grandparents to one adorable grandson who keeps them smiling.
Outside of church, Julie enjoys making truffles at a nearby chocolate shop and giving back to the community by volunteering at the local soup kitchen. However, nothing brings her more joy than "Grammie time" with her grandson.
